The Darwin Fringe Festival has always been a platform for creativity, independence and bold ideas. As we grow, we want to make sure that the Festival continues to thrive for artists, audiences and the Northern Territory community.
To do this, we need a clear, sustainable business strategy that will help us strengthen our foundations, explore new opportunities and keep the Fringe independent for years to come.
Thanks to Creative Australia, we have received some funding to help us get involved in the very first Giving Day to the Arts on October 23rd 2025. Every dollar raised will go straight into creating a Darwin Fringe Business Strategy; something we’ve never had done before. We’re asking our community to help us take this important step. A donation towards the development of a professional business strategy will directly support the Festival’s future. Your contribution will help us:
- Create a roadmap for sustainable growth
- Unlock more opportunities for artists and local businesses
- Build stronger partnerships and attract investment
- Ensure Fringe continues to be a platform for experimentation and creative freedom
