Future Science Talks: Comedy Edition
50% SOLD OUT
COMEDY
Future Science Talks: Comedy Edition is debuting in Darwin after sold out shows across Australia.
We have partnered local Darwin scientists with comedians to infuse jokes into their science talks.
Laugh and learn at the same time!
At each show, you’ll be hearing from 5-6 of Darwin’s best and brightest science professionals.
Each talk is on a unique topic. No two talks are the same!
Previous topics have included: AI, black holes, MDMA, Australian dinosaurs, psychiatry, and more!
For information about the full list of speakers and topics, please visit https://www.futuresciencetalks.com.au/darwin-2024.
About the producer
Future Science Talks connects scientists with audiences around Australia.
We have developed Australia’s first Science Comedy Program, which involves training scientists in how to use humour to better connect with audiences.
Future Science Talks trains local scientists in cities across Australia, and has them speak at major arts festivals.
We also connect libraries, museums and other organisations with scientists who have featured in the Science Comedy Program.
