Would you, or someone you know, like to use your financial knowledge and experience by joining the dynamic and welcoming Darwin Fringe Inc Board as Treasurer?

This volunteer role involves:

✫ Assisting the Board and Festival Director to maintain the overall financial health of the organisation
✫ Advising the Board and Festival Director on matters of finance, budgets, income and expenditure
✫ Attend Board meetings (approx. 8 annually)
✫ Review monthly income/expenditure and present financial position at each Board meeting

The role includes assisting the Board and Festival Director to maintain the overall financial health of the organisation

I am expected to advise the Board and Festival Director on matters of finance, budgets, income and expenditure

I will endeavour to attend a majority of meetings, approximately 8 annually

Before each Board Meeting I will review monthly income/expenditure and present financial position at each Board meeting

I am not acting as the accountant, a seperate business is contracted for that position
