WHY PARTNER WITH DARWIN FRINGE?

The Darwin Fringe is a hot house of arts and culture unlike any other festival or event locally.

It’s Exciting. Darwin’s local artists are wonderful and should be seen and supported. We provide an opportunity for young and emerging arts talent to create and present work here, and actively challenge the notion that you need to move to a big city to be able to make it in the arts, and we provocate and challenge our local arts sector to experiment and take risks.

We’re Passionate about the NT, and for Darwin to be recognized as a place were wonderful events happen. The Darwin Fringe sees the city taken over with art and energy each July, and both artists and audiences from all over the country want to come and bask in it! Growing our city’sappeal for cultural tourism is a biggie for us, and as a Capital City we think it’s only right we have a Fringe Festival to equal our interstate counterparts.
