Response required from ticket holders

Wonderful ticket holders, we’re so close to finalising all of these emails and messages in regards to you either receiving refunds or donating. We just need to hear from you.

To everyone who responded already, we THANK YOU ♥ If you haven’t received a message please check your spam box, if you cannot see anything from our team please see below for instructions. We know that you may have received a few emails by now but a response assures that we don’t keep your money if you’re wanting a refund (and vice versa).

Responses are due Saturday July 31st, 2021 at midnight when refund processing will be finalised.

DONATIONS

  1. If you’re interested in donating your ticket costs to the artists and festival then please send an email to: boxoffice@darwinfringe.org.au
  2. Subject: Ticketing donation
  3. Message: Include your name, the name of the show and the date.
  4. For anyone struggling with any of the above, you can ring our box office phone from 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday: 0476 106 210
  5. Once you do this you will receive an email that includes a Tax Receipt of your donation.

REFUNDS

  1. If you would like to receive a refund please send an email to: boxoffice@darwinfringe.org.au
  2. Subject: Refund request
  3. Message: Include your name, the name of the show and the date.
  4. If you paid by cash we will organise with you a way for you to receive this refund. Start this discussion with us.
  5. All online and card purchases will receive money to the account from which the tickets were paid. Please note that this may take 3-5 business days.
