☆ Please supply final artwork in a PDF, JPEG OR PNG format with a minimum 300DPI in CMYK with no printer marks, bleeds or slugs.

Timeline of due dates

1. Bookings due: April 13 at midnight
2. Fees and Artwork due: April 20 at midnight

How it works:

1. You apply to have an ad.
2. We’ll get in touch to let you know if we have room for your ad.
3. You start designing the ad.
4. You submit your ad content and pay the fee by April 20.
5. We print the program and distribute it from May 12.

Please note that the Darwin Fringe team will not design your ad content for you, you will have to outsource this. Feel free to use the Fringe Classifieds Facebook Group to do a callout for local designers.
