Please remember that will not promote events that fall outside of our festival dates. Our 2023 festival dates are
14-23 of July.
PLEASE NOTE that we are happy to list exhibitions that open within the festival but close afterwards. We will however only advertise the event for days in which it happens during the festival.

If your show is free of charge then just write 'FREE' into the 'Adult' section (you kind soul) If the options below don't work for you please let us know.
If you're looking to make a return on your event you will need to write down at least one price. You will also be able to request promo codes or specials sales through the final marketing form at a later date.
PLEASE
list GROUP and FAMILY prices as the individual ticket price and not the entire group (eg. if your full family price is $40, write $10 ea).

We can run 2 x styles of promotions but you can only chose 1 as we don't have the staffing to manage multiple.

If you would like to create a coupon code to give out then please type the codeword below. Whatever you type below is final and it must all be one word. It will be up to you to distribute this code word.
If it's a special members only code word you could send it out in your newsletter or maybe it's for your social media followers.
What is the price of the discounted coupon ticket?
OPTION 2 | Discount promotion
This is for tickets to be sold at a discounted rate for a certain period of time, for example
Early Bird Tickets
. Early Bird Tickets are when the first round of tickets are a little bit cheaper. Encouraging your audience to get in sooner.
To organise a discount promotion you need to tell us:
1. How much discount to apply to your regular ticket prices
2. What dates do you want the promotion to run for? We will release the program in Mid May.
Giveaways
In previous years we have partnered with Mix 104.9 who promoted shows in exchange for 2 x tickets to giveaway to their audience. If we can confirm the same partnership, would you be interested in giving up x 2 tickets to be included in the radio promotion?

FACEBOOK EVENTS
The Darwin Fringe does not make facebook events for shows* however we will co-host them with you! That way they still show up on our page and yours.
*We do make Facebook events for Fringe Club and the Opening Night Party that we will send you a co-host request for.
You will need a public facebook
PAGE
to make an event that can be co-hosted by us. This is different to your
PERSONAL
account. If this is a concern for you please feel free to reach out.
WE DO NOT
just share facebook events during the festival as this becomes ineffective when you start promoting almost 200 different performances.
WE ARE
however very happy to share other content such as photos and videos. Get creative and let yourself stand out!
