The Darwin Fringe has a strong role in developing the local creative community and want to expand our support for emerging artists by hosting an intensive weekend of workshops titled From the Fringes. These workshops will look at professional and artistic development to help equip artists with the skills to engage with more opportunities. The workshops will be open to the public for free, and held in October. Topics covered include everything from having difficult conversations in safe spaces to arts tax and funding sources.
MATCH LABFrom the Fringes is supported by Creative Partnerships Australia through MATCH Lab. By participating in MATCH Lab Creative Partnerships will match our fundraising between March 26 and July 31 dollar for dollar up to $10k. That means that they are doubling your contribution and our gains!
