The Wagait Arts Festival features artists living and working on the Cox Peninsula. In 2021 artists will take up the challenge of creating work to the theme of REKINDLE. With a quirky mix of finely tuned craftsmanship, traditional painting, and first time artistic dabbling, the local community puts on a show guaranteed to captivate!
After taking in the exhibition, kick back under the trees on Opening Night to live music and a sausage sanger cooked up by the firies, sample the local wares and treat yourself to some creative experimentation at the Saturday Market, or make a full weekend of it and take time to explore and relax from the hurdy gurdy of Darwin city.
This festival will feature a range of events. Keep your eyes open for further details.
